Terms & Conditions – 77sz Casino Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 77sz Casino ("77sz", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77sz website and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account on 77sz, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Responsibilities

You must not share your login details with any third party. 77sz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify 77sz support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account until you have reported a suspected compromise to our support team.

77sz accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights or benefits associated with it to another party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Currency: All transactions on 77sz are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.

Deposit Conditions: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 77sz does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your name and matches the name on your verified 77sz account. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 77sz reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 77sz content without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77sz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or interruption of service.

77sz's total aggregate liability to any single user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data

12. Amendments to These Terms

77sz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 13. Governing Law and Disputes
